Please use the drop-down menu that appears on the Testing Institutions tab above to
locate the assessment materials for your fall 2008 administration type: cross-sectional,
longitudinal, community college [CCLA], or high school [CWRA].
These assessment materials, which your institution has received via email, include:

- Student Sampling & Recruitment Guide
- Testing Plan*
- Irregularity Report Form
- Sample Registrar Data Template
* August 15 is the deadline for completing and submitting the testing plan to your CLA Representative. If you have any questions about the Testing Plan or other CLA assessment materials, please contact your CLA Representative or cla@cae.org.
Proctor Training Web Conference Schedule
CAE will be hosting regularly scheduled Proctor Training Web Conferences. To register yourself or others for a proctor training web conference, please send a request to your CLA Representative. In the e-mail, simply indicate the names and e-mail addresses of the participants, as well as the date/time of the session you would like to attend. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 1-2 business days. We strongly recommend that you attend one of these sessions. Please review your Proctor Guide in advance.
Cross-Sectional: Every Monday and Thursday at 3pm (Eastern) through September; excludes September 1 (Labor Day).
Longitudinal Phase 1: Every Monday and Thursday at 3pm (Eastern) through September; excludes September 1 (Labor Day).
